Our restorative work is the best in our area. We have a membership program for patients without insurance at a low price of only $399 per year!

No Cavity Guarantee

Patient's responsibility:
1. A complete examination and necessary x-rays.
2. All diagnosed conditions found by the dentist that are treatable must be completed.
3. Follow through with recommended periodic cleanings or periodontal therapy within one month (30 days) of due date.

The start date of the "No Cavity Guarantee" will be assigned at the completion of the conditions noted above.

Dentist's Responsibility:
Dentist will provide restorations on any untreated surface of tooth that is decayed or around any restoration our office did from the onset. This includes crowns and fixed brides for a period of five years from the treatment date.

Exclusions:
1. Patients that have dry mouth conditions.
2. Patients that have received radiation or chemotherapy treatments.
3. Fractures of teeth or restorations not related to decay, especially on root canal treated teeth.
4. Abrasion or attrition.
5. Patients undergoing orthodontics.
